Ezekiel 1:5 Also out of its midst came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man.
1:8 And they had the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides; and they four had their faces and their wings.
1:10 As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle.
1:26 And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.
2:1 And he said to me, Son of man, stand upon your feet, and I will speak to you.
2:3 And he said to me, Son of man, I send you to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that has rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me, even to this very day.
2:6 And you, son of man, do not be afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns are with you, and you do dwell among scorpions: do not be afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they are a rebellious house.
2:8 But you, son of man, hear what I say to you; Do not you be rebellious like that rebellious house: open your mouth, and eat what I give you.
3:1 Furthermore he said to me, Son of man, eat what you find; eat this roll, and go speak to the house of Israel.
3:3 And he said to me, Son of man, cause your belly to eat, and fill your bowels with this roll that I give you. Then I ate it: and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness.
3:4 And he said to me, Son of man, go, get you to the house of Israel, and speak with my words to them.
3:10 Furthermore he said to me, Son of man, all my words that I shall speak to you receive in your heart, and hear with your ears.
3:17 Son of man, I have made you a watchman to the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.
3:25 But you, O son of man, behold, they shall put bands upon you, and shall bind you with them, and you shall not go out among them:
4:1 You also, son of man, take a tile, and lay it before you, and portray upon it the city, even Jerusalem:
4:12 And you shall eat it as barley cakes, and you shall bake it with dung that comes out of man, in their sight.
4:15 Then he said to me, Lo, I have given you cow's dung for man's dung, and you shall prepare your bread with it.
4:16 Furthermore he said to me, Son of man, behold, I will break the staff of bread in Jerusalem: and they shall eat bread by weight, and with care; and they shall drink water by measure, and with astonishment:
5:1 And you, son of man, take you a sharp knife, take you a barber's razor, and cause it to pass upon your head and upon your beard: then take you balances to weigh, and divide the hair.
6:2 Son of man, set your face toward the mountains of Israel, and prophesy against them,
7:2 Also, you son of man, thus says the Lord Yahweh to the land of Israel; An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land.
8:5 Then said he to me, Son of man, lift up your eyes now the way toward the north. So I lifted up my eyes the way toward the north, and behold northward at the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry.
8:6 He said furthermore to me, Son of man, see you what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel commits here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn you yet again, and you shall see greater abominations.
8:8 Then said he to me, Son of man, dig now in the wall: and when I had dug in the wall, behold a door.
8:12 Then said he to me, Son of man, have you seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? For they say, Yahweh does not see us; Yahweh has forsaken the earth.
8:15 Then said he to me, Have you seen this, O son of man? turn you yet again, and you shall see greater abominations than these.
8:17 Then he said to me, Have you seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? For they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose.
10:8 And there appeared in the cherubs the form of a man's hand under their wings.
10:14 And every one had four faces: the first face was the face of a cherub, and the second face was the face of a man, and the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.
10:21 Every one had four faces each, and every one four wings; and the likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings.
11:2 Then said he to me, Son of man, these are the men who devise mischief, and give wicked counsel in this city:
11:4 Therefore prophesy against them, prophesy, O son of man.
11:15 Son of man, your brethren, even your brethren, the men of your kindred, and all the house of Israel wholly, are they to whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, Get you far from Yahweh: to us is this land given in possession.
12:2 Son of man, you dwell in the midst of a rebellious house, who have eyes to see, and do not see; they have ears to hear, and do not hear: for they are a rebellious house.
12:3 Therefore, you son of man, prepare your stuff for removing, and remove by day in their sight; and you shall remove from your place to another place in their sight: it may be they will consider, though they are a rebellious house.
12:9 Son of man, has not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said to you, What are you doing?
12:18 Son of man, eat your bread with quaking, and drink your water with trembling and with carefulness;
12:22 Son of man, what is that proverb that you have in the land of Israel, saying, The days are prolonged, and every vision fails?
12:27 Son of man, behold, those of the house of Israel say, The vision that he sees is for many days to come, and he prophesies of the times that are far off.
13:2 Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel that prophesy, and say you to those who prophesy out of their own hearts, Hear the word of Yahweh;
13:17 Likewise, you son of man, set your face against the daughters of your people, who prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy you against them,
14:3 Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their heart, and put the stumblingblock of their iniquity before their face: should I be enquired of at all by them?
14:13 Son of man, when the land sins against me by trespassing grievously, then will I stretch out my hand upon it, and will break the staff of its bread, and will send famine upon it, and will cut off man and beast from it:
14:17 Or if I bring a sword upon that land, and say, Sword, go through the land; so that I cut off man and beast from it:
14:19 Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast:
14:21 For thus says the Lord Yahweh; How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the evil beast, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast?
15:2 Son of man, What is the vine tree more than any tree, or than a branch which is among the trees of the forest?
16:2 Son of man, cause Jerusalem to know her abominations,
17:2 Son of man, put forth a riddle, and speak a parable to the house of Israel;
19:3 And she brought up one of her whelps: it became a young lion, and it learned to catch the prey; it devoured men.
19:6 And he went up and down among the lions, he became a young lion, and learned to catch the prey, and devoured men.
20:3 Son of man, speak to the elders of Israel, and say to them, Thus says the Lord Yahweh; Are you come to enquire of me? As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, I will not be enquired of by you.
20:4 Will you judge them, son of man, will you judge them? cause them to know the abominations of their fathers:
20:11 And I gave them my statutes, and showed them my judgments, which if a man does, he shall even live in them.
20:13 But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness: they did not walk in my statutes, and they despised my judgments, which if a man does, he shall even live in them; and my Sabbaths they greatly polluted: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them in the wilderness, to consume them.
20:21 Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me: they did not walk in my statutes, neither kept my judgments to do them, which if a man does, he shall even live in them; they polluted my Sabbaths: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness.
20:27 Therefore, son of man, speak to the house of Israel, and say to them, Thus says the Lord Yahweh; Yet in this your fathers have blasphemed me, in that they have committed a trespass against me.
20:46 Son of man, set your face toward the south, and drop your word toward the south, and prophesy against the forest of the south field;
21:2 Son of man, set your face toward Jerusalem, and drop your word toward the holy places, and prophesy against the land of Israel,
21:6 Sigh therefore, you son of man, with the breaking of your loins; and with bitterness sigh before their eyes.
21:9 Son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus says Yahweh; Say, A sword, a sword is sharpened, and also furbished:
21:12 Cry and howl, son of man: for it shall be upon my people, it shall be upon all the princes of Israel: terrors by reason of the sword shall be upon my people: strike therefore upon your thigh.
21:14 You therefore, son of man, prophesy, and strike your hands together, and let the sword be doubled the third time, the sword of the slain: it is the sword of the great men who are slain, which enters into their privy chambers.
21:19 Also, you son of man, appoint you two ways, that the sword of the king of Babylon may come: both twain shall come forth out of one land: and choose you a place, choose it at the head of the way to the city.
21:28 And you, son of man, prophesy and say, Thus says the Lord Yahweh concerning the Ammonites, and concerning their reproach; even say you, The sword, the sword is drawn: for the slaughter it is furbished, to consume because of the glittering:
22:2 Now, you son of man, will you judge, will you judge the bloody city? Yes, you shall show her all her abominations.
22:18 Son of man, the house of Israel is to me become dross: all they are brass, and tin, and iron, and lead, in the midst of the furnace; they are even the dross of silver.
22:24 Son of man, say to her, You are the land that is not cleansed, nor rained upon in the day of indignation.
23:2 Son of man, there were two women, the daughters of one mother:
23:36 Yahweh said moreover to me; Son of man, will you judge Aholah and Aholibah? Yes, declare to them their abominations;
23:42 And a voice of a multitude being at ease was with her: and with the men of the host of man were brought Sabeans from the wilderness, who put bracelets upon their hands, and beautiful crowns upon their heads.
24:2 Son of man, write the name of the day, even of this same day: the king of Babylon set himself against Jerusalem this same day.
24:16 Son of man, behold, I take away from you the desire of your eyes with a stroke: yet neither shall you mourn nor weep, neither shall your tears run down.
24:25 Also, you son of man, shall it not be in the day when I take from them their strength, the joy of their glory, the desire of their eyes, and that upon which they set their minds, their sons and their daughters,
25:2 Son of man, set your face against the Ammonites, and prophesy against them;
25:13 Therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh; I will also stretch out my hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast from it; and I will make it desolate from Teman; and they of Dedan shall fall by the sword.
26:2 Son of man, because that Tyrus has said against Jerusalem, Aha, she is broken that was the gates of the people: she is turned to me: I shall be replenished, now she is laid waste:
27:2 Now, you son of man, take up a lamentation for Tyrus;
27:13 Javan, Tubal, and Meshech, they were your merchants: they traded the persons of men and vessels of brass in your market.
28:2 Son of man, say to the prince of Tyrus, Thus says the Lord Yahweh; Because your heart is lifted up, and you have said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet you are a man, and not God, though you set your heart as the heart of God:
28:9 Will you yet say before him who slays you, I am God? but you shall be a man, and no God, in the hand of him who slays you.
28:12 Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say to him, Thus says the Lord Yahweh; You seal up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.
28:21 Son of man, set your face against Zidon, and prophesy against it,
29:2 Son of man, set your face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against all Egypt:
29:8 Therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh; Behold, I will bring a sword upon you, and cut off man and beast out of you.
29:11 No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of beast shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited forty years.
29:18 Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyrus: every head was made bald, and every shoulder was peeled: yet had he no wages, nor his army, for Tyrus, for the service that he had served against it:
30:2 Son of man, prophesy and say, Thus says the Lord Yahweh; Howl, Woe the day!
30:21 Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and, lo, it shall not be bound up to be healed, to put a roller to bind it, to make it strong to hold the sword.
31:2 Son of man, speak to Pharaoh king of Egypt, and to his multitude; Whom are you like in your greatness?
31:14 To the end that none of all the trees by the waters exalt themselves for their height, neither shoot up their top among the thick boughs, neither their trees stand up in their height, all that drink water: for they are all delivered to death, to the lower parts of the earth, in the midst of the children of men, with those who go down to the pit.
32:2 Son of man, take up a lamentation for Pharaoh king of Egypt, and say to him, You are like a young lion of the nations, and you are as a whale in the seas: and you came forth with your rivers, and troubled the waters with your feet, and fouled their rivers.
32:13 I will destroy also all its beasts from beside the great waters; neither shall the foot of man trouble them any more, nor the hoofs of beasts trouble them.
32:18 Son of man, wail for the multitude of Egypt, and cast them down, even her, and the daughters of the famous nations, to the lower parts of the earth, with those who go down into the pit.
33:2 Son of man, speak to the children of your people, and say to them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their borders, and set him for their watchman:
33:7 So you, O son of man, I have set you a watchman to the house of Israel; therefore you shall hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.
33:10 Therefore, O you son of man, speak to the house of Israel; Thus you speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins are upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live?
33:12 Therefore, you son of man, say to the children of your people, The righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression: as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall by it in the day that he turns from his wickedness; neither shall the righteous be able to live for his righteousness in the day that he sins.
33:24 Son of man, those who inhabit those wastes of the land of Israel speak, saying, Abraham was one, and he inherited the land: but we are many; the land is given us for inheritance.
33:30 Also, you son of man, the children of your people still are talking against you by the walls and in the doors of the houses, and speak one to another, every one to his brother, saying, Come, I pray you, and hear what is the word that comes forth from Yahweh.

35:2 Son of man, set your face against mount Seir, and prophesy against it,
36:1 Also, you son of man, prophesy to the mountains of Israel, and say, You mountains of Israel, hear the word of Yahweh:
36:10 And I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel, even all of it: and the cities shall be inhabited, and the wastes shall be built:
36:11 And I will multiply upon you man and beast; and they shall increase and bring fruit: and I will settle you after your old estates, and will do better to you than at your beginnings: and you shall know that I am Yahweh.
36:12 Yes, I will cause men to walk upon you, even my people Israel; and they shall possess you, and you shall be their inheritance, and you shall no more from now on bereave them of men.
36:13 Thus says the Lord Yahweh; Because they say to you, You are a devourer of men, and have bereaved your nations;
36:14 Therefore you shall devour men no more, neither bereave your nations any more, says the Lord Yahweh.
36:17 Son of man, when the house of Israel dwelt in their own land, they defiled it by their own way and by their doings: their way was before me as the uncleanness of a removed woman.
36:37 Thus says the Lord Yahweh; I will yet for this be enquired of by the house of Israel, to do it for them; I will increase them with men like a flock.
36:38 As the holy flock, as the flock of Jerusalem in her solemn feasts; so shall the waste cities be filled with flocks of men: and they shall know that I am Yahweh.
37:3 And he said to me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord Yahweh, you know.
37:9 Then he said to me, Prophesy to the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus says the Lord Yahweh; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.
37:11 Then he said to me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.
38:2 Son of man, set your face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
38:14 Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say to Gog, Thus says the Lord Yahweh; In that day when my people of Israel dwells safely, shall you not know it ?
38:20 So that the fishes of the sea, and the birds of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men who are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.
39:1 Therefore, you son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus says the Lord Yahweh; Behold, I am against you, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
39:15 And the passengers who pass through the land, when any sees a man's bone, then shall he set up a sign by it, till the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamongog.
39:17 And, you son of man, thus says the Lord Yahweh; Speak to every feathered bird, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that you may eat flesh, and drink blood.
40:4 And the man said to me, Son of man, behold with your eyes, and hear with your ears, and set your heart upon all that I shall show you; for to the intent that I might show them to you are you brought here: declare all that you see to the house of Israel.
41:19 So that the face of a man was toward the palm tree on the one side, and the face of a young lion toward the palm tree on the other side: it was made through all the house all around.
43:7 And he said to me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their fornication, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places.

43:18 And he said to me, Son of man, thus says the Lord Yahweh; These are the ordinances of the altar in the day when they shall make it, to offer burnt offerings on it, and to sprinkle blood on it.
44:5 And Yahweh said to me, Son of man, mark well, and behold with your eyes, and hear with your ears all that I say to you concerning all the ordinances of the house of Yahweh, and all its laws; and mark well the entering in of the house, with every going forth of the sanctuary.
44:25 And they shall come at no dead person to defile themselves: but for father, or for mother, or for son, or for daughter, for brother, or for sister that has had no husband, they may defile themselves.

10:16 And, behold, one like the similitude of the sons of men touched my lips: then I opened my mouth, and spoke, and said to him who stood before me, O my lord, by the vision my sorrows are turned upon me, and I have retained no strength.
