Introduction 2.1

This is a word study about the meaning of the Greek word ἔλεος, 'eleos' meaning 'mercy', Strong's 1656 in the New Testament. It gives every verse where the word 'eleos' appears. To obtain a true understanding of this word these scriptures need to be meditated on and notes made of their meaning in different contexts.
